This company have no set rules or regulations, I changed my debit card and was late a few days , I paid and was told I will get access to my storage units 3 days after and when I called they told me I need to wait one more day , I begged and begged to get access because my I have stuff inside for my students and they still have given me access to my stuff and I don’t owe them, I think after I pay and you hold on to my stuff it’s theft
