I have had a great experience with Jeff at JR Homes. I felt like I was treated fairly in the application process and Jeff has always been straight forward with me when I had questions. He has always gotten back to me in a reasonable amount of time (even over the Christmas holiday, which is when I was moving into my new place) and maintenance has always been performed promptly.
