It took around an hour to install the new thermostat, which was acceptable considering the extra complexity of integrating it with our existing smart home system. We had a second opinion before and the other technician had a hard time pairing it right, so this time I liked how he painstakingly calibrated it till everything flowed.

I was a little anxious about scheduling on the project and whether they would be better than the prior business, but they did the installation in one afternoon with almost no inconvenience. The heating system has been working great since they were here unlike our last experience where we had service calls for several weeks after.

Our heating system was old and inefficient so we chose to have a new installation which took two days with great care used to install the new units properly. I appreciated that the techs took the time to walk me through the new thermostat settings, unlike our past experience where we received no instruction.
