I'm a DIYer who hates calling contractors. My HVAC is a little too much for me and YouTube, though, so I went with J&R. Robin came out to work on my system. He did a great job, talked me through my questions and let me know my options. It was a solid experience, and I'll give him a call the next time we need work on our HVAC.
Truly a great company that I believe was Divinely orchestrated by God Himself! My prayers for assistance were answered as soon as I ask God to send the right service person my way. The moment I asked, God sent Joe across my path as I was stopped at a stop sign on my way to work! They came out the same day and fixed the problem with my air conditioning. J & R Heating and Cooling are honest, reliable, kind, knowledgeable, affordable, efficient and professional. Thank you so much!
Joe and Robin are a fantastic team. They worked us in when our AC died and got a new system installed and running in roughly 6 hours! Very professional and high quality work. We now have a maintenance plan with them to keep our system running at its best!
I feel like this owner may be prejudiced or simply doesn’t care for certain clienteles. He’s been called to my house twice and each time he said he’ll be back to fix the issue but never returned yet he’ll gladly charge you just for showing up. He won’t reply to your texts or calls either. I don’t like his business practices. The only reason we called him is because someone suggested them to us.
