I feel like this owner may be prejudiced or simply doesn’t care for certain clienteles. He’s been called to my house twice and each time he said he’ll be back to fix the issue but never returned yet he’ll gladly charge you just for showing up. He won’t reply to your texts or calls either. I don’t like his business practices. The only reason we called him is because someone suggested them to us. This review is a little late, but I wanted make sure J & R got the credit that they deserve. I got excellent service from J & R back in June 2024 when the temperatures were soaring. Here's my story... I'm an out of town landlord. I own a 2 year old rental home in McDonough, GA. I don't know too many people in town and didn't know which AC company to trust.
