I think J&R Heating and Cooling techs are professional. I was hesitant about replacing my coils and condensers due to the cost, but their quote was better than the competition and the techs did a great job. I will continue to use their services in the future. Their sales professional did a great job of explaining the options.
Very responsive and 5 star service. I bought a house a year ago and had to have a few things replaced. I was referred by my home warranty place and have used them a couple more times since. Very friendly and explains everything they are doing. I would highly recommend J&R Heating and Cooling!

My first maintenance appointment was yesterday. This company keeps you properly informed of arrival time, technician name, and photo prior to arrival (a fantastic security feature I enjoy) and with a reasonable time window that does not take up your entire day. They are friendly, informed, and professional. I am very pleased at the investment I made in purchasing my ac unit and highly recommend J&R Heating and Cooling company!
When J&R Heating and Cooling team installed our new HVAC system several years ago, we signed a maintenance contract with them. They come out twice a year to perform preventative maintenance on the system. They inspect the coolant in the air conditioner and the attic unit in general. George has been our tech for the previous few visits. He is polite, professional and efficient. We have been impressed with all the techs we have met with J&R. Highly recommend them.
