I called JR as the Worcester Boiler gave up. Phone answered quickly, followed by James at my door shortly afterwards. Diagnosed the fault, ordered the parts and came back the next morning, earlier than expected too! Found another fault, a few adjustments, now I’ve got heating and water and a quieter boiler too. The price was reasonable, the service was excellent. Very highly recommended.
Great service from initial quote to the final installation. James accommodated to our working hours installing the boiler over the weekend.
