Bob was my salesman. Great guy. Super friendly, real easy to talk to. He knows his business!!!! I've purchased probably about a dozen mattresses in my life and when I went to JR, I didn't feel pressured or anything, Bob worked within my budget, he came up with a solution for us that worked out really well and at a very good price. Plus he was also our delivery driver and showed up on time with a smile on his face Best customer service.
Would give 0 stars if possible. I visited JR Furniture looking for a sofa and noticed a salesperson shortly after I entered. However, I didn’t see him again for more than 10 minutes. When he eventually returned, he smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I asked about a sofa I was interested in and simply wanted to know whether the listed price was the final price or if there was any room for negotiation. He asked if I was ready to purchase. Brought my parents to jr furniture to look for a new sofa and love seat and were amazed at how many good choices they had for us. Selected a nice beige color sofa set. They were very accommodating with price and delivery. My parents are very happy with their new purchase. I definitely recommend to check this place out. Rob
