Customer service is very poor and rude I recommend never go there I never seen rude and unprofessional people
The worst experience ever. I buyed a sofa set , coffee table, dining table and queen bed , the sales associate told me that he will give a free gift but when i did the payment he said that he never said anything about the gift .. moreover the chair i selected during the time of purchase but when delivered they were the cheap ones. The furniture was deliverex 4 days late and i had to call them everyday to ask weather they will deliver today or not . I bought sofas for front living room and back when they delivered one piece was damaged I contacted them but they are refusing to fix it they make up stories like someone will come take a look but no one showed up they are liers iam returning these sofas in a couple days. Never buying here again.
Very friendly staff. They greater you with kindness and made you feel welcome. I would refer everyone to them. Great customer Service Colleen Kemp
