Update: Miss Melissa and Miss Nikki are working 'round the clock to save my favorite Rosary, which unfortunately, was run over by a car ... at the hospital. Good thing it's in the hands of 2 literal angels 😇 😇 Love this place! Miss Nicki, Miss Audrey, and their whole team are awesome! Best place to shop for cool watches, rings, and necklaces (and golden roses) and to get our rings and rosaries fixed.
fine jewelry selection. customers can have their jewelry custom made. excellent and efficient jewelry repairs. I have had my Cazal eyeglasses repaired as well as unique silver and opal necklace repaired. Some places would have declined the job due to the metals being soft, etc. but since they have experienced gold/silversmiths they can easily have your jewelry, glasses, and watches repaired. Staff friendly and efficient. Great local owned jewelry store that can do repairs properly!
Left my black plated ring to get sized and soldered together. Went to pick it up and both were totally silver. She said the note said the customer knows it wouldn't stay black when I absolutely would not have done that if I knew that. I bought a black ring why would I want a silver one? Gave me no resolution other than to talk to the person who took my rings when I dropped off, which would solve nothing. What are we going to do just stand there and call each other liars? I am sick this happened.
The ladies at Fox Jewelers in South Bend, Indiana are very nice and professional. I stop there to have my batteries replaced in my watches and most importantly, I have my wedding ring cleaned and they also take the time to check that the diamond in my ring is secured well. I have also purchased jewelry cleaner from them and a beautiful nail file, from them.
