Bought $6000 worth of flooring and carpet. Carpet was installed dispute an issue with the backing. Small threads are coming lose all over the carpet. Have talked to and e-mailed several times with no fix. Guy installing the carpet took a large section back to the van and told the other guy helping install that something was wrong with it. Well apparently it was the whole roll. Now I’m down $3000 in carpeting because they refuse to fix the issue.
