I was recommended by my long time mechanic so I thought I was in good hands. Unfortunately, the service from JR is nothing that I would recommend. I brought my car in for radio and remote start issues and he replaced my remote start and ordered the amplifier he said was needed and was going to charge me $400 for an amplifier and $200 for service. I ended up getting the amplifier for $100 elsewhere. When I picked up my car after the remote start was replaced, he did not tell me that he removed my existing amplifier and the br... read more
