JR Electrical Services, LLC came out to our home back on 1/20/2025 (after they had worked a full day preparing for the snow storm that was going to hit the next day 1/21/2025), and absolutely saved us (and our kids) by installing a generator connection, that we had called 10 other electricians to see if they would come, and they all told us they were too busy/couldnt get to us same day, or tried to charge us 300-400% markup of regular cost (which was already expensive) to come before the storm. We had an emergency as our panel box caught on fire. JR came out the following day after we called Home-serve and he completed prepared the estimate for the repair. The project was approved and JR came out to complete the work. JR was very professional, communicated well and did an excellent job completing the work. We would highly recommend him. Our only problem/issue is with HomeServe/Centerpoint who refused to cover the weatherhead and whole house surge protector replacements saying they were upgrades, but we had no choic... read more
JR was quick to respond and had a free quote for me within minutes of inspecting the situation at my house. We needed a new service line and got quotes from a number of electricians in the Katy area. JR's quote was by far the best. It was so good, in fact, that even with the additional work he suggested (new circuit panel, whole house surge protector, and new meter can) his quote was still lower than some of the others, which were only for the service line installation! JR and his crew were gracious enough to fit me into their busy schedule. I was having doorbell issues and they were able to troubleshoot the potential problems, figured it out, and got me back up and running in no time. They were kind, knowledgable, and professional. Very thankful and would definitely recommend.
