I see all these glowing reviews. I wish I could add mine to the tally. My tech never showed up. I sat for the morning waiting. After lunch, I called J & R to ask for an ETA and was promised a call. Nope. This is so unprofessional. If you don't want the job, or if you don't like certain communities, just make an excuse! I have experienced this before. PLEASE, don't waste a person's time, just be straight with those you can't service.
