Receptionist was unclear of my dental insurance coverages. She wanted to charge me for services she said were not covered. Also, a previous receptionist had not entered my secondary dental insurance into the computer system at my last visit. Poor customer service
I will no longer be using JR dental. I have found a new dentist. I have not been satisfied or happy with the service at your facility. Your hygienes are always trying to up sell unnecessary procedures and products. AND trying to have me come in 3 times a year for cleaning when my insurance only allows 2. But my main issue is it only takes the hygienes approximately 15-20 min to complete my cleaning they never use normal hand tools and ALWAYS ONLY USE the ultrasonic scaler. Super nice people. Explained everything that needed to be done with my teeth. Letting me know what's covered with the VA and what's not covered. Showed me a plan to have a pretty smile. That was the main reason I was there. Made me feel really good knowing that I can get my teeth back in shape. Nothing like a pretty smile!!!!
