5 months and 5 broken promises later, I still don't have a quote. The J & R co-owners both separately promised to give us a quote and a date, and each time crickets! One owner was in Florida promising to get to us the next week, well, the next week came and went, so I gave up. I can't imagine what would have happened if they did the work and a problem arose, I would never be able to reach them, nor would they care.
