JR Construction truly exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, their customer service was outstanding responsive, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process.
This is a New York based woman owned construction company! They are doing a full gut renovation of a four bedroom apartment above me. I met the owner and she was very approachable. I’ve called a few times regarding minor issues and they’ve been immediate in their response and resolution. It says a lot when a company gets back to you right away. I would consider them if I were renovating my apartment!
