Feel a bit mixed on this. I hired J&R a little over a year ago and everything seemed okay at first. Once we were in the midst of remodeling our kitchen communication dwindled, as we weren't informed when they would be there or what time. Choosing a reputable and reliable contractor is so hard to find these days. For my wife and I, we absolutely dreaded this process as we've had so many bad experiences in the past.
