Recently brought my sister to J&R Computers, they listened to her issues, explained what they needed to do and quoted her a price and gave her a pickup date. We received a call from the technician and he said the parts were in and he was working on it and it would be ready the next day (the quoted pickup date). My sister had inquired about some another issue and the tech wanted to know if she wanted that issue taken care of at this time. She declined due to her financial situation.
