FRAUD ALERT! FRAUD ALERT! Please stay away from J.R. Closet Company, specifically an individual named SEAN. SEAN came to my home to provide an estimate for closet work and requested an upfront deposit. After I transferred the money, he completely disappeared. He has stopped answering my calls and ignores all text messages. He took my money and never showed up to do the work. Do not trust this person or this company with your money. I am currently taking steps to report this theft, but I want to warn others: DO NOT HIRE THEM.
Do not trust this guy. He will take money from 4-5 customers and finish only for 2-3. That’s how he makes this work cheaper for them. Have checked in few places its the same pattern.
Work wise we found good, if he comes, which never happens, may not be the guy who takes money and flee, but never shows up, months later he may, all of which is not worth dealing with him. Please dont recommend to anyone
Very disappointed with JR Closet company service. I paid money in advance for cabinet work, but after taking the payment, He never showed up to do the job. I tried contacting him multiple times, but he won’t attend the call or by mistake he attempts the call he kept giving excuses and did not complete any work. This was a very unprofessional and dishonest experience. Please be careful before trusting him or paying this person upfront.
