Called and spoke to younger guy, setup appointment to have my Fiat 500 window fixed. Turned up to the appointment at the correct time to be told he was not there. When i questioned this was told the kid i spoke to, the owners son, had a last minute cancellation for motorcycle road test. Went home after taking half a day off work. Tried calling back over the next 3 days with no answer. Team never reached back out to re-schedule and doged my phone calls when ever i have tried to reach back out

Very positive experience buying my first bike from JR Cars. A genuine family business, Jake was friendly and helpful and as an experienced biker was able to answer my questions. Delivery option was very helpful as being a new rider I was a bit nervous to ride it home as my first solo experience! Highly recommend!
It Has to be said that I am totally pleased with the service I received from JR cars I’m loving my Fiat 500 it’s beautiful and the engine is spotless, he did the updates on the little things that needed adjusting or amending and she’s running like a kitten,almost purring so I’m very pleased at the moment only had it a couple of days so time will tell but I definitely recommend him for his honesty openness and his patience and his ability to make sure you get what you need. He even delivered it for me. 😄
