This company is not trustworthy. They gave me a schedule for cleaning carpet in one of my bedroom today July 31, 2025 between 10am-1pm. However, at 1pm, no one showed up or called me to say they would be late. I called them(office) and let them know that I have been waiting from 10am-1pm, but it's 1:30, you guys don't even dare to call me about what is going on. I am upset I thought I could trust their words. I don't recommend this company. I have a zero rating for this company. joy- prospect heights
