JR Carpet Care did a great job! They arrived promptly and were very thorough.
If I could give this company over 5 stars, I would! Hands down, the best carpet care business around. We went to several other companies in Northeast LA and most were total swindlers who wanted to negotiate prices and would not give quotes upfront for the costs of cleaning area rugs. Jeff of JR Carpet Care gave us clear estimates upfront and provided fantastic service. His prices are extremely reasonable and our rugs look, feel and smell fantastic after he cleans them. Christian was efficient and thorough when cleaning my badly neglected carpets. Christian is very concerned with satisfying his customer! He and his assistant were pleasant and accommodating! I would use him again in a heartbeat.
