I had the opportunity to work at this workshop, and I can truly say I highly recommend it. I saw firsthand how honest and professional they are. Unfortunately the service delivered had been overshadowed by the damage that occurred to my car while in their possession , that JR Auto are unwilling to resolve. When I picked my car up, i noticed it had sustained damage to the rear bumper. Our car is not brand new and if it were we would not use the dealership's services but we would certainly use JR Auto Service for our peace of mind and satisfaction, which is guided by honesty and competence.
