New Hamburg is very lucky to have this automotive repair shop. Sitting here at his shop waiting as my truck is being serviced and watching and listening to Owner/Technician Scott interact with other customers as they come in. Shows me he is sincere in helping his regular customers who all seem to really like him and he also seems to knows them all by name as well. Even first time customers get a warm welcome.
