Terrible customer service absolutely rude asked about a part over phone call and was told “have fun” then hung up I would never do business with them and can more then likely guess it’s a chop shop! They’re fault money missed over poor customer service

When my car broke down with suspension issues, I was panicking. Normally I try and do all my own work, but due to my current situation it was infeasible. A week ago I would have told you an honest mechanic was a contradiction, but J&R proved me wrong. Incredible service, great price, and honesty across the board! They actually charged less than the original quote!!! Highly recommend these guys, they fix it right without the bs!
Called and asked for a ballpark figure on getting brakes and road is installed. Owner said he doesn’t do work for people that asked that question over the phone and hung up on me. 👍🏼
