I came here to get my car fixed and explained the problem clearly from the start. When I came back later that day, they said they couldn’t fix it yet still charged me to “diagnose” the issue, even though it was the exact same problem I already told them about. Charging customers just to repeat what they already explained is ridiculous. No repair, no solution, just wasted time and money. This place clearly lacks real mechanical knowledge. Late review. But I had to say something after reading some of the recent negative reviews. A ways back my ex-wife had an issue with her Dodge Caravan and got quoted an outrageous amount for a repair by a shop in downtown Raleigh. I have a strong mechanical background and do almost 100% of my own vehicle repairs. So she called me and asked for my opinion.
