I rarely write a reviews, but JR Auto really deserves 5 stars. I made an appointment to get my 2015 Ford Edge repaired. They were very easy to work with. I made an appointment and they started working on my car as soon as I took it in. They did not try to nickel and dime me and the prices were very reasonable. They finished ahead of time and called me through out the repair to ask me if I wanted additional work done. They did not press. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the Durham area.

I am new to the area and a friend recommended JR. i was hoping to drop my car off in the morning and pick it up end of day. The owner (didn’t catch his name) was super nice and friendly, told me a bit about the history of the place and a bit about himself. He told me it would only take 30 minutes to take care of my vehicle, and then it actually only took 20 minutes. It was a simple exchange, one I would rarely bother to write a review about.
