I got ~4"-5" hemmed from my jeans. The lady was cooperative when I told her I wanted my jeans longer than usual. It took them a little longer than agreed upon to be ready, but still surprisingly quick service compared to others. They gave me half off for the inconvenience. My jeans look like new and I'll be going again.
The woman working the counter was super sweet and understanding of what I needed done. They met my next day Deadline and even smiled and thanked me for my business.
I agree I would not recommend this business to anyone, as soon as I came in the door and she saw my items she said no without me even telling her what I needed done. I would actually rate it a 0 based off of that alone that is not good customer service at all
Alterations done beautifully and quickly even though owner of shop was swamped with work.... will use again. Super nice and accommodating.
