Truly a unique gym. A space where you can “do your own thing” or interact with multiple groups. A true reflection of JQ and Gary; professional and caring, yet friendly and warm. It’s a wonderful space with friendly people and great equipment. Very easy to feel comfortable and a part. They’ve been doing it a long time and they know their craft. It’s people, and they do it very well!
This gym is welcoming and full of great people that provide hands on experience if you want it or let you do your thing if you don’t. Small enough that it is comfortable but has everything you need. So happy I found them!
I live close to this gym and it looks very well maintained and nice, but i was curious if the boxing bags are open 24/7, also? I'm not high level, but would like to get some heavy bag rounds in on my own if that's possible?
