Their small group training classes are amazing, providing the perfect mix of personal attention and group energy to keep you pushing your limits. The gym is open 24 hours for regular use, always clean, and equipped with top-of-the-line machines and weights. I've been going to JQ twice a week since 2017. She makes work-outs (almost) fun, and has a memory like a steel trap - on how much you've improved or are going backwards - without writing anything down.Since then, I've gotten a lot stronger, and she's helped me through back surgery and hip replacement surgery - told me when she thought I was ready for it, and helped me recover afterwards.
JQ’s is the perfect local gym- reasonably priced, has everything you need, and is always accessible (24/7 access). Bell and Buffy (the gym doggos) are the absolute BEST. Gary and JQ are great, too.
My husband and I joined JQ’s about a year and a half ago and we love it. Gary and Wyatt are great trainers and really care about their clients. If it’s been awhile… and you are a little nervous about taking that next step, this is the place to join. Nice people that want to help…
I really enjoy this place! I've been with my trainer Wyatt for a little over a year now and he's great too. But the thing that keeps me coming back is the dogs the owners bring to work. Love them furry lil motivators
