JQ was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING💣💥. She really took the time to educate me and be like a coach when she didnt have to. She was always patient and I felt like she was right there on the journey with me. Was even willing to go over my blood work with me and tell me what to look for as a bodybuilder. She believed in me and told me its never to late to be a competitor. This is the BEST GYM! Gary is legit the nicest gym owner/manager that I have ever met. He also teaches boxing and man can that dude move! The vibe at this gym is very positive. You can tell love and care was put into it, because it radiates inspiration. They have a gorgeous boxer dog on site which seals the deal for me. It is open 24 hours. Safe, family friendly area. My experience at JQ's gym has been amazing. I'm grateful to have this gym near home to work out and practice boxing. JQ's gym is open 24/7 and the monthly membership fee is very affordable. Thanks to Gary, for providing a detailed tour and making the process of joining simple and informative.
