Great gym! Came here while visiting KC for a few weeks, super convenient - easy access any time through the app, all the equipment you can want. Can do day passes, short or long-term memberships, very flexible. Owner was helpful and responsive getting me set up.

I’ve been a member at JQ’s gym for over three years now, and it is a fantastic gym to be a part of. The weight lifting equipment is top-notch. Everything is well-maintained and there’s a great variety, whether you're into weightlifting, bodybuilding, or just general strength training. The gym has a great atmosphere and a strong community vibe. The owners are very welcoming, supportive, and family-oriented. They do a great job at fostering a positive and respectful atmosphere.
