I never take my vehicles to mechanics because I generally don’t trust them. But this time my truck was experiencing a problem I couldn’t diagnose on my own. Honest, fair, and very friendly people all around! Highly recommend! I stopped in town for the night on my way to California. Alternator went out in my '03 Sequoia. JQ's Automotive went out of their way to get me and my sons back on the road quickly early the next morning and at a very reasonable price.
JQ Automotive is the absolute best shop I've ever used! I'm 61 y/o and I've had well over 50 cars and trucks in my life. I've used more shops that I can count over the years. Some good some bad. But I've never had such great service as I got from Jody the owner of JQ Auto. The mechanics there are very well trained and thorough! I took my jeep in because it was over heating i took to a first mechanic and they charge me 1700 and did not fix the problem. Then they quoted 1200 to fix the water pump. I called JQs he said he would tow it to his shop for free and look at it. He replaced the water pump for 700. Great honest service! Saved me 500.
The staff was very professional and helpful with what i was looking for and my car came back in great condition
