Worst renting experience of my life! Me and my son suffered for months with a faulty hvac system that the landlord kept claiming was fully functioning but my trailer would get up to 87-97 degrees most days. He did put in window units which was appreciated but that wasn’t what I signed up for . Those units quadrupled my monthly light bill due to me having to rely on them solely.
