I used this company during the holidays, when a pipe busted at one of my rental properties. I am thankful for the gentleman who responded on holiday and helped me out, made sure it was dried up for me. Other then his prompt service and being super nice, that's where my good experience ended. After the work was done and I wrote two checks for 2k each I could not get the office lady to send me a detailed invoice so my insurance would reimburse me for it.
