I scheduled an estimate for 2 pm Thursday, October 9th, after seeing a Facebook post. An estimator arrived on time, took no measurements, walked around, and left in 15 minutes. I was told they would send an estimate by Tuesday, October 14th. On Thursday, October 16th, I followed up asking for the estimate. I was told they would send it the next day (Friday).
