We had three porches/decks rebuilt. Problems came at the end. Scott Adams bought way too much material (Brazilian IPE - very expensive) …196 square feet to be exact. He refused to settle up with us …. Got very angry and left us with all this wood sitting on our patio. BTW: we now OWN the wood. He had me pay for it because his credit card was rejected. Of course I can’t be sure, but I’m willing to bet that if HE had paid for it, 196 sq ft of IPE would be sitting in his barn right now and we would have been none the wiser sinc... read more
