Picked up a Powerbug GT DHC Tour Lithium on Friday and took it out for it's first round today. First, great experience with JPSM and Joeseph. Very knowledgable, helpful and felt confident i was making a good decision. Super impress with their winter maintenance service! My stewart X9 remote was super clean, information or status regarding the health of the batteries was so important
I sent pictures of my back wheels that were wearing unevenly on my Q trolley. I received an email from the service department asking me to take a picture of my trolley from a back view. After they reviewed the pictures they told me my trolley chassis had cracks and to send the trolley to them for repairs. They not only replaced the chassis but contacted the UK dealer who supplied the new chassis and replacement parts for free even though my trolley was no longer under warranty. Andrew was fantastic. Very informative, helpful, and zero pressure. Came back because my cart was damaged, and it was repaired in 10 minutes at no cost. Thanks JPSM - much appreciated. Great accessories to choose from for their carts too, and reasonably priced.
Once again service to clients is outstanding. I have been a client for several years buying carts and accessories. I have also referred numerous clients some of whom have purchased carts. I will continue referring based on the fact you stand behind what you sell and your clients. I will add another 5 star google review as I did several years ago
