Everyone from the front desk, nurses, anesthesiologists, & doctors were amazing!! The facility is clean & comfortable and I was SO very impressed!! Thank you to all who attended to me!! Stasha Wood!
I had a surgery appointment scheduled for at least 4 months for this procedure…they refused to give me a time & only the date of my appointment…very weird. An entire 10 days before my appointment they called me everyday to confirm I called them back & left 3 messages to confirm & sent a confirmation via text response to confirm—they never replied. So the staff was very Rude, Never let me go back to see my family member like everyone else was able to do after surgery procedure. They lied and said he declined, He stated he asked where I was and he was told I declined, Savanna at front desk said they told me to go get my car instructions in folder, oh okay is this a new protocol or what ? Since when Did the family not get instructions on after care
DrRhodes met with me next door told me I'd be able to be put to sleep for the procedure and when I got there upset because they infact can't he acted like he had no clue about it and I wasn't the only person this was done to the nurses even said I was the second one that day to be miss informed didn't end up getting anything done because I had a panic attack and they canceled my spot instead of letting my family member come back with me till they could do my procedure
