I've taken all my equipment to John (great name by the way) at JP's Small Engine Repair for a few years and then I heard he works on 4 wheelers as well. It was running pretty rough so I took it in to get repaired. I took it out this weekend and it runs better than ever!
I called, left a voice mail, never got a return call back.
Very thorough and great to work with. My riding mower has never ran better! I highly recommend JP's Small Engine Repair!
I took my mower in and told him pretty much exactly what was wrong with it and what he could do to test it to be sure, and then after waiting in line for three weeks he decided to complain that the carburetor was after market and that it wasn't assembled, even though it was specifically disassembled to make it possible to test and see what I had said initially. He ended up charging me $99 to take parts off that where unrelated to the problem, and suggested several times that the problem wasn't the governor. My mower was over... read more
