I've been getting counseling here for the past couple years, and it has helped so much! My therapist is very helpful and understanding and I feel I'm able to talk to her about anything. They have a sliding scale as well so appointments are affordable for most budgets!

I have dealt with this provider for years and was very impressed. So much so that I often referred others to them. That changed today. I was very disappointed with the therapy department when calling to get my daughter back with Casey after a lapse in services. They refused to see her due to their policy of three no shows. Not in a row, but accumulated over time. There was no outreach to notify us of their decision or that this had even happened. I haven't been with the service very long but I am their medication department he quickly saw that my son was on too much medication and made a change which has definitely help however on the other review Rebecca post - I read about 3 no shows, they must have you signed paperwork stating these office rules. Their policies must be posted somewhere in the office and notices sent out.
