Yesterday I was having an MS episode and I went to Texas Health ER to report my symptoms. The doctor at Texas Health did not believe my symptoms. I called JPS neurology as I have seen a neurologist over here before and spoke with I believe she said her name was Talia. Thank you Talia. Talk about what an amazing front desk to have. I was beyond upset after the doctor at Texas Health told me "I'm not saying you're crazy but" and refused to give me an MRI. Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve dealt with when it comes to doctors visits and getting help. Even when trying to get help over the phone the women who answered were very rude and unhelpful especially the people with neurodiagnostics, she was rude and unprofessional! I had an urgent question I needed answered by my neurologist an they told me it would take 48-72 hours just to get a question answered. If you care about your health don’t bother with these people.
Takes five months if not more to get a appointment for neurology. Waste of time dealing with these people for life threatening diseases. Go elsewhere for better care.
