The doctor here is great but the front desk staff is rude and lazy. I’ve been calling for 2wks now left several voicemails and no return calls. This happen when I found this clinic but I figured they had a bad week. I get the symptoms have been down but phones work. You can return calls or answer phones. Definitely moving on to a professional office.
So difficult to reach staff or make appointments. It’s been a week that trying to get appointments no one is available to answer.
Dr. Shekarchi is awesome. She listens to our kids needs been here for over 5 years since Dr. Sullivan was there. When Dr. Sherkarchi was just awesome and over the top from the start. Love taking my kids here.
