I had shoulder pain so I went to see ************ with JPS. This was my first and LAST time using this crooked system!For an office visit, one x-ray and a steroid injection, they charged my insurance more than $3,700!!! They charge a $350 "facility fee" for just walking through the door, so BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!They made a $1,000 between what I paid at the visit and what the insurance paid and they had the ***** to bill me again for more than $1,000!!!!I will be reporting them for insurance fraud immediately!

Do not go to them!!! Stay away from this place!! I scheduled a well visit-had to wait 2 months to get in, which was expected, but when I get to the appointment they said I owed $240!! The receptionist said she let me know but when she went back to check she had not called me. It was a well visit. I would not have kept the appointment if I knew I had to pay! They charged me $350 JUST TO WALK THROUGH THE DOOR on top of the doctor visit and shot I received! Its OBSCENE BUSINESS PRACTICES to charge patients ridiculous amounts of money to just WALK THROUGH THE DOOR!!!!!! They just **** patients because they aren't happy with the money they received through insurance contracts they negotiated.

My Sister *** her right knee replaced in September which was great ?? all the people on the surgery floor was great. Well the second knee replacement went good as well which was in January.. But we had to return to the hospital due to her breathing thought maybe she may have had a blood clot. Well thanks be to God it wasnt that it turned out it was her heart which wasnt good ither. I've been lied on by urologist about interactions I was told by one doctor when I explained I was homeless and had a dog that I didn't know if I could stay overnight due to arrangements for my dog I then the man told me " I don't give a s*** " u stay u live u leave u die because I have a kidney stone in my right kidney **** mm in size then he disrespects a couple trying to ask a question he tells them he didn't have time to answer there question he had patients to attent to rudely then I was able to finally get my dog a sitt... read more

I really want to have hope dealing with *********** RELATION. They do send someone out to talk to you about a problem if you have one. But everyone knows that no matter what patient relation is going to protect JPS staffing even when they have did wrong. People have seen it happen so many times. They tell us they are there to help us ,but their actions speak louder than words. But I can tell everyone this, *********************** see everything!!! I think they should comuncate better within themselves...that they should be more knowledgeable before dealing with real people..and that they need not to have so much jokes and social time between them and more care for patients.....just because I search and read, I know what I can do for myself because for them, I'm fine even though I'm in pain.Was a waste of time

I have to say I have had better experiences than most until just recently. Mostly they have been so helpful and my podiatrist, she is so thorough and caring. I got assigned a new primary care doctor and because of some problems with my bloodwork he saw ****** disease and possible cancer and/or leukemia. It explains so much of my symptoms. He told me he would be ordering tests and referring me to oncology, hemstology, endocrinology and a GI doctor. He said they would be ordering tests also. Misdiagnosed Congestive Heart Failure for three months and almost killed me. I was discharged from the ** after finally being diagnosed with CHF after being told at the ** I was constipated... NOT... with a prescription for Lasix (sic) and a referral to the Cardioligist with set an appiontment for the end of January 2023... this was about December 9th, 2022.
