I have been coming to this health center on and off for 3 years. And I'm never disappointed with any of the wonderful people that work here. I am 5 days post hysterectomy and Dr. Jepson is hands down the most amazing doctor. He listens to his patients, cares and is passionate. His bedside manner is off the charts. Unfortunately, we are self-employed thus have terrible insurance. JPS is literally the worst care I've ever received. They are disorganized and there is no way to contact anyone if you call. I'm constantly told they will call me back in 24-48 hours. They told me to leave my phone on loud ... for the next 48 hours!!! I tried to explain I have a job, as a therapist, and cannot answer my phone when I have clients every 55 minutes!!! Worst experience trying to call for my lab report wait an on phone 45min to 1 hrs. I was talking to one of the nurses at the phone, and I asked if I could get some help. And she started laughing over the phone, because i was on hold for 45min or so and it was so disrespectful, and I've never got treated worst place to come. Pregnant women should never come here.
This women’s clinic has been extremely frustrating to deal with. When we first arrived for my wife’s appointment, they couldn’t find it in their system. After some time, they finally located it. After the consultation with Dr. Moore, we were told to schedule an ultrasound and then return for another consultation afterward. This is where the biggest problems began.
