I’ve been calling for a week straight to make a sonogram appointment and it always says no one is available to take your call and hangs up. today finally it didn’t say that and I’ve been on hold for 2 hours waiting for someone to talk to. This is ridiculous. It’s the only possible way to make an appointment and im not able to make one.
Went in for a well-woman screening and their computer systems happened to be down that day. The staff handled everything manually without missing a beat — still got me in and out without a long wait. Great service and professionalism even under less-than-ideal conditions.
I’m really thankful for this center! Very professional and friendly staff. Got me in super early for a follow up after a procedure. Excellent bed side manner. Thank you!
Had all my prenatal appointments here and all the personal was very sweet and nice
