Yes, I love JPS! I’ve been with them since day one and had all four of my kids there. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them. Everybody has always been so nice. Like, bro, kudos to JPS 😂👏🏽 Best hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, in my opinion!
I’ve been calling for a week straight to make a sonogram appointment and it always says no one is available to take your call and hangs up. today finally it didn’t say that and I’ve been on hold for 2 hours waiting for someone to talk to. This is ridiculous. It’s the only possible way to make an appointment and im not able to make one.
Went in for a well-woman screening and their computer systems happened to be down that day. The staff handled everything manually without missing a beat — still got me in and out without a long wait. Great service and professionalism even under less-than-ideal conditions.
