Had a really exceptionally good experience with JPS this past week. The booking team (Bree) were really responsive and helpful and able to fit me in short notice and the technician Devon was very friendly and went over and above in helping get my thermostat back up and functioning and answering my questions. I have also had the JPS team do annual maintenance on our furnace and A/C systems, and do our vent cleaning.
