Where do I start ? We first met with Travis who was very knowledgeable and worked hard to get us something that would meet our needs. He discussed our options in great detail and was very patient with us. We needed a new furnace that would accommodate an A/C system in the future. We were able to work something out so we could get both at the same time. He made all the arrangements and we were told the job could be done in a matter of days. Our technician, Curtis was very knowledge and friendly, he did a good job and explained very well everything he did as well as his recommendations.
Abhishek Arora was fantastic, polite, courteous, very professional.
This is crazy. I just need a filter for my air conditioner. The technician nor the office. Can confirm that they have this part in stock or need to order it. I just want my air conditioner fixed. How maddening. Please don’t not shop her.
