JPS was able to have Rasheed attend a call same day and earlier than expected. Rasheed explained the furnace issue in an understandable format; was able to fix the problem same day and provide a written explanation of all work done including photos. I had the best experience from start to finish with the entire team at JPS Furnace & Air Conditioning. It started with Travis and John who both came in and did an initial quote and they were indeed a dream team. Very thorough and knowledgeable. No pressure at all.
