An excellent service. Good, prompt communication throughout. Steve is extremely professional, polite and friendly. On this occasion we just needed a faulty socket replacing, but I would definitely use Steve again in the future.
I can recommend Steve for any electrical job - big or small. He is always very thorough and his work is excellent.
I recently came across a weird square looking lightbulb in my house and I couldn’t find a replacement at my local DIY store. I reached out to Steve for help- after sending him a photo he helpfully identified the correct replacement lightbulb that I needed to purchase. I am super grateful that Steve took the time to answer my simple question in his usual friendly, speedy and non- patronising manner- his response also made me confident I could fix this myself.
