I began to worry how much dust was in the ductwork after we had to replace our HVAC filter multiple times in a brief amount of time. In the returns, the cleaning crew discovered a significant amount of debris. Before departing, they cleaned everything and handled the equipment with caution.
I was skeptical about air duct cleaning but this company made me a believer. They were honest, no upselling, gave me a fair upfront price with no hidden fees. The crew was efficient, thorough, and very respectful of my home. My kids have asthma and we noticed less coughing at night from day one. 5 stars all the way!
Our house never cooled right since we bought it new 2 years ago. The builder said the AC was fine. The duct cleaning tech found a huge pile of drywall chunks and wood blocking the main trunk. It was from when they built the house. They never cleaned it. He pulled out a 5-gallon bucket of debris. Air flow tripled instantly. All our rooms are cool now and the AC is quiet. We were mad at the builder but happy with the fix. If you have a new house, get your ducts checked. Builders don’t clean.
