In particular, technicians Quincy and Hassiem are outstanding, they are such professionals and very respectful.

Quincy and his team were great. Fixed my heating and fan system. They also made sure to answer all my questions in detail and confirmed everything was working. They were able to get to my condo within 1 day of me calling. Super fast turnaround time.
Quincy provided excellent service. Our fan coil system was malfunctioning, and he diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly and efficiently. He was very professional, and clearly explained the problem and the solution. We're very satisfied with his work and would definitely call on him again.
Had a wee bit of an emergency in my suite with smoke coming from my HVAC vents due to a power surge that burnt the motor. So, no heat at the coldest time of year! JPS made my appointment for service right away. The technician, Quincy, showed up on time and did the repair quickly and thoroughly. He explained everything and was very kind and transparent.
