I had a frustrating experience with JPS. TLDR is: They are honest, but not very good at communication and they don't respect your time. Here are a few things that happened: 1) They did not install the thermostats that were included in my original quote. I got different thermostats than what was quoted. It's fine, but it would have been nice to have been told in advance that I was getting something different. Quick and quality service. I managed to get the technician visit for the next day. Quincy is a very good and professional technician. The only complain is that my initial online requested was ignored until I call JPS 24 hours later. Please check your mail more often. Update: had another service call for a broken actuator. Put a request in the evening, had a technical right next morning. Super happy with the service. Tanks to Hassiem.
Did mold remediation with them. The service guys are great, explained a lot when I asked them, that's why I put 2 starts instead of 1 start The customer support person on the phone is not, did not listen carefully to my concerns. We had issues with HRV after they left and she kept insisting that this problem is not connected to them, but if you add two and two: we did NOT have this problem before.
