JVC was contracted by my condo to maintain our buildings HVAC/AC . Mold was found and they returned for mold removal and remediation. Ali P. was prompt, polite, and very diligent with his work, taking time to answer my questions. Even vacuuming up afterwards, which should be expected but, in my past experience contractors and repair people almost never do, A+ service!!!! Thank you Ali!!
I am very happy with the service! The receptionist was responsive and courteous. Our technician, Quincy, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He resolved the issue with our AC and took the time to explain what he did and how the AC system worked.
JV and Ali were great to work with. Very polite. I was able to do my work at home without interruption, they explained everything clearly, and they left my place clean.
