Quick and quality service. I managed to get the technician visit for the next day. Quincy is a very good and professional technician. The only complain is that my initial online requested was ignored until I call JPS 24 hours later. Please check your mail more often. Update: had another service call for a broken actuator. Put a request in the evening, had a technical right next morning. Super happy with the service. Tanks to Hassiem.
Did mold remediation with them. The service guys are great, explained a lot when I asked them, that's why I put 2 starts instead of 1 start The customer support person on the phone is not, did not listen carefully to my concerns. We had issues with HRV after they left and she kept insisting that this problem is not connected to them, but if you add two and two: we did NOT have this problem before.
