These guys are pro. From initial contact to completion of work they are really good at communicating, fast, pro-active and thorough. Really impressed. Thank you.
Questionable service. Called to get a quote on transmission issues. They did not ask about symptoms, but immediately quoted $5500 to rebuild it (which is a 3rd of a car price). Asked if there is any cheaper option, but they reiterated that it needs a rebuild... I know for a fact that replacing the transmission will be a cheaper option. [Update 2026-07-20] My local mechanic worked on the transmission (about $700 for solenoid replacement, fluid change and labour) and it's been over 25,000kms without issues!
I just been to see this Transmission specialist for my Nissan Xtrail as I had been told that I may have some transmission issues by my car service provider. I found this business to be very professional and thorough in their analysis. In the end, they advised it was not a transmission issue and were also helpful in trying to assess the next steps for me to follow to fix my problem. I would have happily used them had there been a transmission issue for their professionalism and help. Fantastic people to deal with.
