My car was misdiagnosed by a different mechanic before coming here. I was referred to Nile and JPR and was very impressed with their sense of urgency for my issue. They accepted my vehicle within minutes of my arriving, and Nile was very receptive to hearing my vehicle's symptoms before beginning his work. ***SUPPORT LOCAL FAMILY BUSINESS*** Nile and Andrea are on top of their business at JPR. I had my front and rear brake pads and rotors replaced for my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The prices on parts and labor are affordable and the best part is that you feel like you get what you pay for. They do an excellent job at keeping you in the loop on the progress being made and the expectations of how long they need your car is realistic. Overall, I highly recommend.
