I had vinyl porch railing installed. After a while, the post started coming unglued. I reached out to someone several times. They finally came out to look at it but never repaired it. They also stopped responding to my text. I had referred my neighbor to them. They got the business but still ignored me.
JPQ Construction listened to what I wanted and helped to make it happen. If you have an opportunity to hire this company I can assure you that it will be a job done well.
I signed an agreement with JPQ on May 25th to have them install a deck. They stopped responding after I told them I wanted to get a permit before they started. We exchanged several emails afterwards. They pretended to be trying to get a permit. Getting permit is not hard, I called the county to get the permit instructions. It's now August 12th and I haven't heard from them in over 2 months. I have text and emails to support my review
