I signed an agreement with JPQ on May 25th to have them install a deck. They stopped responding after I told them I wanted to get a permit before they started. We exchanged several emails afterwards. They pretended to be trying to get a permit. Getting permit is not hard, I called the county to get the permit instructions. It's now August 12th and I haven't heard from them in over 2 months. I have text and emails to support my review

Was great in the beginning when it was time to put up the deck. They agreed to come back and stain the deck. When I called to set up the staining they would not return calls, ignore calls etc. I had to contact someone else to do it after a month of getting the runaround.
They never followed up with a quote so not happy about the lack of professional.
